So earlyier in the year my drivers side car door stopped being able to be opened from the outside. This was fine until today when it stopped being able to be opened from the inside as well. I now have to get in through the passenger door which involves me contorting myself in uncomfortable ways. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know as I cannot afford to take it into the shop right now.
Other than that life goes on.

It depends on the car, I suppose.
I had one that wouldn’t open from the outside. It needed nothing more than a thorough soaking with WD-40, followed by exercising the handles.
Since you’re already past the point of either handle working, you’ll need to pop off the interior panel and manually work the latch to open the door once. This will require some more contortions, unfortunately, though hopefully not removal of the driver’s seat to give you room to work.
